Our story

We started as a passion project off the back of winning Grillstock 2017 and started making our signature cali style high grade smash burgers during the first lock down. Running out of fierce and noble brewery In st Werburghs Bristol, we started to grow a loyal customer base which led to us winning burger chef of the year 2021 at the national burger awards and then returning in 2022 and getting the crown prize best Uk burger and features in complex mag, the burger show and several national papers.Β  As well as our pop up at the brewery every weekend, we are always looking to collab on guest spots and are available for Events and weddings.

Using quality produce is one of our main priorities so We’ve worked closely alongside ollie woolnough from meat matters to create our own blend of native bred free range dry aged beef.

We aim to get as much as we can locally and from independents by changing our specials weekly alongside some set favourites.
